Brunch at Shingle Inn

One fine Saturday morning, the boy and I went for a stroll down the main street of Toowoomba, we have been living here for over a year but after a busy year we have never really had the time to explore the area.

We had a little trouble picking a cafe for brunch but ended up choosing Shingle Inn.

My new love, cappuccino frappes. They are to DIE for! Josh decided on a lime milkshake.

Pumpkin and Spinach Lasagna with a side salad - It was pretty nice. Pumpkin, Spinach and cheese is an ultimate combo.

Gourmet Grilled Chicken Burger with Rustic Chips - Josh said the burger was very good and those chips were so delicious (I may have stole 2... or more....)

Josh liked my frappe so much he had to go get one for himself. He asked for the largest size possible and they brought it out... in a BOWL. It was super delicious that the staff did this specially for the boy. Probably our favourite thing of the whole meal.
