This is my second week participating in What I Ate Wednesday, all my pictures from the day were snapped with my iPhone so the quality ain't that great. I think for next time I will use my Nikon D90 so my photos are much prettier!
Breakfast - Runny Poached Egg with Tomato and Baby Spinach on Toast
Snack - Coffee (no picture sorry) and homemade choc-chip, sultana and walnut granola bar
Lunch - Rice cakes with cottage cheese and tomato
Snack - Icy Coke Zero and more addictive granola bars!
Dinner - Cannellini Beans with Spinach and Prawns (adapted from skinny taste)
Dessert - Blueberry and apple crumble with greek yoghurt and honey (and a sneaky scoop of ice cream)
