So here is my final Bellabox review. I cancelled my membership - I had a few reasons for doing so but the main reason is that it just became boring. I LOVE getting parcels in the mail but every month I seem to be getting the same type of thing. There is only so many perfume samples and moisturisers I need...
Anyway let's give it one last hurrah and have a look what came in the August edition of Bellabox.
1 Liquid Define Liner by Eye Of Horus. I don't normally wear eyeliner (because I can't put it on) I attempted winged liner with this and it looked so cool! Not sure if my eyelids are really oily or something though because within an hour had slid off.
2 Organic Wild Thyme Foot Pumice by USPA - I actually haven't tried this yet but it might be good in Summer when thongs and sandals slowly degrade my soft tootsies!
3 Daily C by Phytocare - This seems pretty cool but may have come too late to aid me in recovering from the bouts of Winter colds and flus.
4 Daily Moisturising Lotion by Aveeno - Boring boring moisturiser
5 Ro's Argan Body Conditioner by Lush - I have heard many a good thing about Lush products. This is the first Lush product I have ever owned. To be honest... not that impressed - body lotions need to smell good and this just doesn't.

6 Kombucha Cleanser and Phytocell Cream by EmerginC- I will add it to my ever growing mountain of cleaner and moisturiser samples.
7 Beautifood Lip Nourish by Luk - Bad colour for me and the twisty bit for actually getting the balm out doesn't work. When I did manage to get some of the product I did find that it was a nice nourishing balm so I might use this product.
Anyway... I hope this review wasn't too negative. The Bellabox brand haven't done anything wrong customer service wise. I guess in Australia we don't have as much access to new products or the good brands don't feel the need to promote themselves by contributing to Beauty boxes. I just feel my $20 a month could be put to better use.
Does anybody subscribe to a Beauty Box?
How do you feel about it - Positive, Negative or Indifferent?
I hate it when eyeliner slides off! The one I'm using at the moment is basically a felt tip pen... its a bit of a pain to put on but it does stay put so its worth the hassle. I only wear it occasionally though, mostly because I just can't be bothered with it in the mornings!
ReplyDeleteyeah that is my problem!
